Thank you Aquatera
Grande Prairie & Area Safe Communities would like to thank Aquatera, Recyle Plus and everyone who dropped off bottles in support of Safety City over the month of March. Through the Aquatera Bottle Donation Program, we received funding in the amount of $4417.02. This funding will help us complete the construction of Safety City and create more programs to educate the public about safety and injury prevention. For more information on our current and past programs please see the Newsletter tab. Thank you for your support Grande Prairie! Aquatera runs a bottle donation program in partnership with Recycle Plus. Each month, a different youth charity receives the funds from the program. Over the past five years, 6 million bottles have been collected, and nearly $400,000 donated.
